hi! i’m claire. i’m here to share my exploration of the cocktail world, record some experiments, and hopefully learn something.

i’ve had some amazing opportunities in my bar career thus far: i have been able to develop a cocktail program, collaborate on a bar program, and learn, work, and compete with some of the best bar professionals in Indianapolis.
